Are UFOs Evil?
Is Satan Using UFOs To Deceive Mankind?
By
Patrick Cooke

One of the core principles upon which this work was founded is based on the biblical edict to prove the concepts it represents as stated in 1 Thessalonians 5:21, "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good." The most important of those concepts is that we believe the Bible shows overwhelming evidence that the Elohiym, God, and the Malak, angels that serve the Elohiym, travel in UFO-like vehicles. We also argue against the concept that these vehicles are satanic in origin, as the Bible only contains only the most vague of non-specific references that this may be possible. Many theorists claiming the UFOs in our skies are an illusionary or holographic reproduction of UFOs to deceive mankind into turning from the worship of God to the worship of a false alien race.

This being the most prominent theory of mainstream Bible-based religion concerning UFOs, and in light of new evidence found in the process of researching the biblical books removed from the original Bible, we will use this section to address this very controversial theory.

The King James Bible
The Great Deception

Neither the phrase "great deception", nor the word "deception", actually appear in the scriptures, but the concept is clearly presented.

♦ The first mention by Jesus of a possible deception is found in Matthew's account of his ministry:
Matthew 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Jesus clearly indicates that those who will be saying he is the Christ, a direct reference to those who proclaim his existence, will deceive people. Many claim this is referring to false christs but even if this is correct the inference is clearly religious, either legitimately, or by falsely using his name. This admonition is repeated here:
Mark 13: 4 Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled? 5 And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:

He addresses the issue further during the same conversation:
Matthew 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
The words "false prophets" are from the word pseudoprophetes, pronounced psyoo-dop-rof-ay'-tace; a spurious prophet, i.e. pretended foreteller or religious impostor. Again it is stated that the deception will be of a religious nature.

♦ He further warns about people within the religious community trying to deceive others into believing Jesus is in a certain place:
Matthew 24:23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Here we find one of the most often quoted verses used to connect Satan to UFOs, by saying the "great signs and wonders" are the UFOs we now see in our skies.

♦ Rather than saying a deception will be seen in the sky Jesus says that mankind should look for his personal coming in the sky:
Matthew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
This narration shows that not only will Christ appear in the sky but that his angels will be travelling in the Earth's sky gathering the elect from the planet. Exclusion of the possibility that Satan would try to deceive mankind with strange vehicles would certainly cause doubt that this sort of deception would occur. For Jesus to declare that he would appear in the sky and that his angels would be flying would mean that we are left in a bizarre state of confusion, if in fact Satan would also appear there. It would seem unusual that the God of perfect order would allow such a confusion to take place and is clearly discounted in scripture:
1 Corinthians 4:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
Psalms 71:1 In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.

♦ Jesus tells his followers to keep a steady vigil for his coming:
Matthew 24:32 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
Matthew 25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
Mark 13:33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
Mark 13:37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
1 Thessalonians 5:6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.

♦ There is certainly no confusion about where those watching for Jesus to return should focus their attention:
Acts 1:9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
Daniel 7:13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Matthew 26:64 Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
Mark 13:26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. 27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
Mark 14:62 And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
Luke 21:27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
These verses leave no doubt that "The Second Coming" will be seen in the sky and Jesus commands his followers to watch for him coming in the sky.

Satan and UFOs
Is Satan capable of creating a deception, which could be
a duplicate of the flying craft of the Elohiym?

The King James Bible contains over 1000 verses showing the relationship of the divine beings of the Bible to flying vehicles and advanced technology. Scripture is clear that Jesus will be seen, and should be watched for, coming in the sky. Proponents of the “Evil UFO” concept use a variety of tactics including a few verses that vaguely imply a connection with Satan and aerial activity present the concept that Satan is behind the UFO phenomenon:

Vague References
2 Thessalonians 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
There is no reference that these signs and wonders are flying vehicles or anything that could be related to UFOs

Matthew 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
This verse is commonly used and once again has no relationship to UFOs.

Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
These signs and wonders are not specifically related to any specific events.

Possible Connections
Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Considering certain verses in Revelation, the preface referring to "time past", meaning a past age, makes sense, as it is clear that Satan and the angels that rebelled with him did have the power of flight. Those referred to, as the "children of disobedience" that Satan is now spiritually working with, are, no doubt, those angels. The word "air" is not the same word as sky but rather the actual reference to the substance of the atmosphere, as in air that you breathe, rather than sky, which is expressed using other words. The word that would have been properly used in this context to mean sky is ouranos, pronounced oo-ran-os', (through the idea of elevation); the sky; by extension, heaven (as the abode of God). The translators render this word as, "heaven",, because heaven was the word for sky used in the Court of King James. This word is actually rendered "sky" in the following verses: Matthew 16:2 & 3, Luke 12:56, and Hebrews 11:12. To claim that this one verse in Ephesians is proof that Satan has absolute control over the skies, and must be the force behind UFOs, is illogical and superfluous, considering the biblical references to the contrary.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
The "high places" spoken of in this verse is "epouranios" and means: above the sky, celestial, and an obvious reference to the area outside our own atmosphere.

Revelation 13:13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven in the sight of men.
This is a reference to the Antichrist performing miracles and the only verse in scripture of possible satanic association to any phenomena in the sky.

Is Satan Bound to the Earth?

Satan walks the Earth:.
1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

Satan fell from the sky:
Luke 10:18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

The True Deception

There is no doubt that the deception spoken of in the Bible will be the very embodiment of evil. The disciple Timothy defines the cause of evil:
1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Since the love of money is at the core of all evil, it is safe to assume that the greatest evil deception ever fabricated against mankind would be directly related to money.

In the end it is revealed that the great merchants of the world, known as "Big Business" in our modern society, is in fact the true source by which the great deception is forced on mankind:
Revelation 18 23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
This is the connection between big business and the deception that will cause mankind to fight his own creator.

There are no warnings that anything other than greed and lust for power are behind the deception of mankind. No warnings about an alien race or any other outside influences being involved. The only admonition to watch the skies for anything is the declaration that the sky is where the returning Christ will first appear.

The Conclusions

♦  The evidence that the divine beings in the Bible use high tech flying vehicles and advanced technology covers over a thousand verses from over 2/3 of the books.

♦  The evidence that Satan uses high tech flying vehicles and advanced technology, is vague at best, and found in only half a dozen verses from only 4 books.

♦  The Bible clearly states the Satan was thrown from the sky and would not be allowed to travel in it again.

♦  The concept that Satan is using high tech vehicles flying in our skies would be too confusing in light of Jesus' admonition to watch the sky for his own coming.

♦  The true deception of mankind is specifically attributed to the world's major corporations and the "Mark of the Beast" in Revelation ties Satan directly to that deception through total control of all world commerce.

♦  Satan did have the power to command and mimic the vehicles from evidence found in the lost books of the Bible but give no indication that he will be allowed to use that power in the last days.

♦  If Satan does have possess this power it will not completely deter those who watch for the "Second Coming" as the specific direction of the entry and magnitude of that entry into our atmosphere are clearly detailed.

♦  The concept that Satan has any part in the UFO phenomenon is without solid foundation, illogical, in light of scriptural reality, and only a very remote possibility.

♦  The prophecy that the whole of mankind will be gathered to fight the returning Christ could only be possible, if indeed mankind were to be deceived into believing he was an alien power invading the planet.

♦  The doctrine that UFOs are under the control of an evil power, without even the slightest mention that God may be the power in control, serves well in deceiving mankind that the return of Christ was evil.
